Cancellation Policy

By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms: Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed once full payment is received. Provisional bookings will not be held without payment. Booking Time Your booking starts and ends at the confirmed times. Late arrival does not extend your session. Late departure will incur a fee based on how long your booking ran over. Set-Up and Take-Down Set-up and take-down must occur within your booked time. Please allow sufficient time to avoid extra charges. Use of the Studio Socialite The Studio may be used for photography, filming, podcasting, and content creation. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited. All provided equipment must be handled with care and returned in its original condition. Written consent is required before removing or altering studio fixtures or equipment. Condition of the Space The studio and shared areas must be left as found. A £45 cleaning fee applies if extra cleaning is needed beyond normal use. Equipment and Damage All equipment remains the property of Socialite The Studio. The Client is responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage and will be charged for repair or replacement. Report any equipment concerns before use. Damaged backdrops beyond normal wear incur a £10 per metre charge. Liability Socialite The Studio is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft. Clients are advised to have their own public liability insurance and are responsible for anyone they invite. Cancellations and Changes We understand plans change however, if you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice: no refund is available. If Socialite The Studio cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. Behaviour and Conduct Respect for the studio and neighbouring spaces is required. Aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate termination without refund. Noise Please maintain considerate sound levels. Persistent noise may result in your booking being ended without refund. Variations These terms may be updated at any time. The version in place at the time of booking applies. Applicable Law All bookings are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
